I had the pleasure of hosting Thanksgiving this year for my in-laws. Since it was going to be a small family gathering of four adults and an infant, I decided on an intimate Thanksgiving dinner. (Finally an excuse to use the fancy stuff!)
Our menu included butternut squash soup, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, pull-apart rolls, turkey with carrots and green beans and for dessert, pumpkin pie cheesecake.
I was incredibly nervous to host Thanksgiving, but it turned out to be quite a success!
